4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. phi68 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), and bank transfers to and from Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. 4.2 All transactions on the phi68 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). phi68 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies, and does not accept any form of cryptocurrency.

12.4 Nothing in this clause shall prevent phi68 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
13.1 phi68 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, phi68 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.
13.2 Your continued use of the phi68 Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.3.
